AMERICA’S REAL INSURRECTION – THE LAWYERS’ INSURRECTION AGAINST DEMOCRACY

Although these bulletins prefer to avoid party politics and personalities, the ongoing real insurrection against American democracy by numerous lawyers and some Judges should not be ignored.

These lawyers aren’t physically storming the Capitol Building but they are attempting to choose who can and who cannot become President even before a single vote has been cast. Many lawyers have plotted to stop the people voting for the favoured, strongest candidate of one major political party. Failing that they spent countless millions of dollars of taxpayers’ money to in effect support the campaign of the other main candidate, the candidate they (Democrat lawyers and Judges) personally support.

While Donald Trump did not pre-plan nor ask for  a demonstration or riot at the Capitol on 6 January 2021 (and indeed helped end it) which was perpetrated by some of his wilder partisans, the so-called ‘Democrats’ have colluded in and attempted to benefit politically from abuse of legal processes to interfere in democracy. They conspired not merely over some contested voting in a few states but in a critocratic manner have conspired to subvert the people’s democracy in all states before voting has even begun. It is very significant that all 4 criminal cases against Trump were not even started in the 2 years after he left office but have all been brought for Court hearings (complete with other abuses e.g. prosecuting him for the same basic offence that Biden and Pence committed without prosecution; also upgrading misdemeanors into felonies in New York) in the fourth year as the election approaches. If that happened in 1 or 2 cases it might be accidental timing but happening in all 4 cases is clearly deliberate underhand electioneering.

Lawyers speak of ‘the rule of law’, yet what they really mean is ‘the rule of lawyers’. In a critocracy the courts are politicised. In a democracy Courts should be respecting the overriding public democratic priority which is to allow all candidates the time and opportunity to campaign across the country rather than in effect confining one for many weeks at a sensitive time in some Court.
